Problemas con libxml2 y PHP

Hola,

Quisiera solucionar lo siguiente:

php5: /usr/local/lib/libxml2.so.2: no version information available 
(required by
php5)

El archivo libxml2.so.2 esta en el directorio /usr/local/lib/

¿A alguno le paso?
