cron y script en php

Hola,

En el cron tengo corriendo un script en php que se ejecuta cada 5 min.,
DIcho script php a veces tarda mas de 5 min en terminar de ejecutarse,
Entonces se superponen,,,
  ¿que tengo que hacer para que no se ejecute una otra vez hasta que no 
termine el que esta funcionando?
