Imagen base64 decode

Buenos d=C3=ADas!, les comento estoy con un problema con el tema de las im=C3=A1genes en base64, en realidad utilizo un jquery desde un smartphone que cuando saco una foto desde el mismo me la codifica en base64 y de ahi extraigo el codigo, estuve leyendo que ningun navegador utiliza mas de 2000 caracteres pero la imagen que me codifica el jquery tira muchisimos mas algo de 9000, el tema esta en que dentro del telefono al recibir el dato me muestra la imagen completa, ahora lo saco y lo imprimo con php y me muestra la mitad de la imagen, descarto que el codigo que me genere el telefono sea el problema ya que dentro del mismo se ve perfecto pero cuando lo copio y lo decodificao afuera so0lo una parte de la imagen veo, =C2=BFalguien tiene experiencia con este tipo de
