Problem using php4 with apache 1.3.12

i want to use php4 and the compile it´s ok, but when i tryed to use php 
with this configuration:
php3_include_path 
/usr/local/apache+modssl/php:/usr/local/lib:/usr/local/apache+modssl/horde
php3_auto_prepend_file /usr/local/apache+modssl/php/prepend.php3
php3_magic_quotes_gpc Off

i received the following errors:
