Hiya. I'm a beginner to PHP, and slowly learning the language. For the web site I'm building, it would be useful to drop and resize images after they've been uploaded. I know PHP can handel some image creation is GD, but can it open an image, crop it, resize it and save it back again on the web server? eg, upload an image, and it'll create a thumbnail of it as well, and save it.
