I'm guessing that line 803 is

$url = "http://'.$_SERVER['SERVER_NAME']''.$_SERVER['REQUEST_URI']'";

which is full of mismatched quotes :-) Try any of

$url = "http://{$_SERVER['SERVER_NAME']}{$_SERVER['REQUEST_URI']}";
$url = "http://".$_SERVER['SERVER_NAME'].$_SERVER['REQUEST_URI'];
$url = 'http://'.$_SERVER['SERVER_NAME'].$_SERVER['REQUEST_URI'];
