API Eclipse FTP or SFTP

Dears, i make a developer enviroment in my virtual machine.
im my vm i setup apache+php5 and ftp server but i need a api for sync with
my server.
What is better API for this, i´m use eclipse but i dont know sync ftp or
sftp from eclipse to virtual webserver.
