    It could still very well be a bug, considering the nonstandard
installation path.  I'm wrapping up and getting ready for bed, so I
may be missing something obvious due to brain fog, but it doesn't hurt
to submit it as a bug report at https://bugs.php.net/.  Worse comes to
worst, it'll be marked as a non-bug, but you may get a solution.
Otherwise, I'll check back in a few hours and see if I can help you
out.
