Felipe / Jani,
I know it's not on your roadmap, but would I be able to book in some time
(via irc or xmpp/gtalk) to take a look at your changes, and either (1)
merging them into pearweb (2) replacing wholeheartedly the pearweb bug
tracker (3) getting a bit of unit test coverage in place?

The refactoring you've done would be great to integrate, as it makes life
simpler and there's less to maintain. I'd love to just plonk it down in
place of the existing pear one; however, I'm a little frightened to just
replace the whole pear bug tracker without a bit of unit test coverage, etc.
