GSoC 2010 - Call for Papers^WIdeas

Hi all


Now that Google will start accepting mentoring organization
applications around this weekend we need to start brainstorming for
ideas.

Philip has already made some cleanups on the wiki and reorganized some
things to be slightly more general, so feel free to propose ideas that
don't take "the summer to implement" or necessarily fit the "GSoC"
scope.


From the doc side of things, we will probably list PhD and PhD OE
(docbook rendering and online editing).

I am guessing QA wants to list runtests and buildbot, anything else?

What about internals?
