Project idea list on the wiki

Hi all

We have started to gather a list of ideas/projects we would like to
see students taking on for this years GSOC[1].

If you have an idea of a project you would like to mentor, work on or
simply "throw out there", feel free to update the wiki page.
The ideas don't have to be 100% concrete or have detailed description,
just throw it into the "unsorted bulletlist" and we can come up with a
real description later, as long as possible mentors and to-be students
can have something to get inspiration from :)
