phpruntests - GSoC report 2

Hi all, 

sorry for being late with my report this time. As intended I've spend most
of my gsoc-time on experimenting with the current implementation and of
course on writing a few new lines:

Completed topics:
- Implementing the "file-external"-section
- some minor refactoring on the current implementation

Next step:
- writing a pcntl-prototype for parallel test-execution (We're currently
discussing the details of this task, so I can't expose any further details
at the moment)
