This bug has been fixed in SVN.

Snapshots of the sources are packaged every three hours; this change
will be in the next snapshot. You can grab the snapshot at
http://snaps.php.net/.

The git repository version now compiles and runs against PHP 5.4, please report any functionality bugs you find separately

The PHP-GTK is no more compatible with the last version of PHP.
We can't compile it.
Please upgrate the module PHP-GTK for we can compile it.
