Dear developers,
    Is there any update information on how to build (on Windows and on
Linux as well)? I mean informaton about requirements, tools, and how to
build on Windows and Linux. I'm using PHP GTK on my many enterprise
projects so I'd like to build the newer version (especially on Windows
since it is 5.2.x). The linux version is not much problem.
