in php online docs, exist a link to php-gtk docs online, but this link
is wrong, and the user get a 404 error.

this endpoint need to be update like the images below:

1.place where in php.net the link to php-gtk is wrong
https://www.flickr.com/photos/72707809@N02/23660587794/in/dateposted-public/

2.if the user click it, will get a 404 error from them
https://www.flickr.com/photos/72707809@N02/23993207460/in/dateposted-public/

3.the right endpoint to php-gtk online docs
