Re: [PHP-GTK-DOC] Static Methods in the docs

I committed an update version of the two language_ent.xml files and an 
updated updater. I ran it locally and it made changes to a bunch of 
files. If anyone has time to run it locally I would appreciate it. If I 
don't hear any complaints about what it does, then I will commit the 
changes tomorrow monring.

To run:
cd /path/to/docs
cd updater
./doUpdate.sh ../manual/en/reference/gtk/*.xml
