The skeleton has been generated when php-gtk was in version
pre-0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.1. Lots of things have changed, but the docgen does
not modify existing docs and breaking/erasing them would be bad.

Signals and properties are not generated by docgen or updater.

No, because we (read: I) don't trust it. It's a plaything which does
occasionally/most times work, but we don't know if it doesn't break
anything. So running it regularly would be a bad idea until it's
well-tested.

No, just one that someday will do everything.

Good question. Ask the source.
