Some questions about installation

Hi! I am translating installation.xml and have some questions:

1. The php_gtk dll released works with any version of php 5.1.x? There
is some minor incompatible differences in api, sure? So we can always
use the last php? Or use the php used to build the dll?

2. There is nothing about the extensions, we need add docs how to build
them in linux.

3. There is none change in php.ini(except to add the extension)? The
PHP-GTK 2 do not use anything  in php.ini? The PHP-GTK 1 has some settings.
