I have some difficult to use the cvs account

Hi all,

I`ve send the mail to the group and internal lists, but there are no relaies.
There are some PHP-GTK-DOC files that I translated.
When I commited them to the cvs server, I got error:
My account has no right to commit anything into cvs.
Here is the one of the errors:

What can I do?It`s really puzzled me~ Plz help me!
