Documentation for Gtk+ 2.8 upwards

Hi All,

I'm in the process of bringing the docs in sync with the latest beta 
release. We're going to add some new classes (the ones introduced by 
Gtk+ 2.8/2.10) but we clearly need a way of differentiating these 
classes from the 2.8 ones. New functionality in old widgets also need to 
be marked as such.

I propose we add an entity to language-defs.ent, something like:
<!ENTITY widget.8 "This widget is only available with Gtk+2.8 upwards">

and mark all our classes with this entity. Just like we did for the 
deprecated classes/methods.

Anyone opposed to this, or with a better idea?
