Changes in documentation system.

Good afternoon,
I have talked News list of the documentation translated from php in 
Portuguese.
I saw that we use an old version of modified docbook.
And I read about phd which is an evolution in how we maintain the 
documentation today.
So I will try to migrate the docbook to version 5 and also configure the 
configure.php file phd to work with php-gtk documentation.
So we are free of xslt program, xsltproc and etc.
It will be an evolution.
