PHP-GTK Now Available on Macports

Hi All,

PHP-GTK 2 (Beta) is now available in the Macports [1] tree. This  
should make it easier for Mac OS X users to install PHP-GTK. If you  
have Macports installed:

$ sudo port sync
$ sudo port install php5-gtk

Available variants are extra, html, libglade, libsexy, sourceview and  
spell.
