[PHP-GTK] testing which version of gtk+

Hi,

Really glad to see the official release of PHP-GTK2!

However, now that ver 2 release is out, I do have a slight problem. While we
can use "php -v" to conveniently see which version of PHP the php-gtk2 is
compiled against, is there an easy way we can use to check the version of
gtk+ library the php-gtk is compiled with?

Regards,
/kksou

p.s. The latest release uses gtk+2.12. There are quite a number of "major"
changes, such as the constant Gtk::TYPE_STRING being changed to
GObject::TYPE_STRING. I've clients using different versions of php-gtk2
(some beta, some still using alpha). As such, it would be great if there's a
convenient way to test which version of gtk+ it is from within the program.
