The reason svg, gtkhtml, and some of the other tools (like gconf) are
not included is because there are not current gtk libraries built for
them (and I haven't had the time to build them myself).  The older
libraries are built against gtk 2.10, the current libraries are gtk 2.12
and there have been changes - you may get crashes if you use older stuff
so do this at your own risk.
