[PHP-GTK] tooltip for GtkTreeView

Hi,

For those interested, the new release of PHP-GTK v2.0 now supports tooltip
in GtkTreeview.

p.s. The new widget GtkTooltip can does much more, such as creating custom
tooltip (e.g. tooltip with graphics, etc.) Gives you more reason to switch
over to the new version...
