Windows snapshots

I have some windows snapshots for php-gtk

You can find them at http://perisama.net/downloads/php-gtk-snaps/

Note that these are VC6 builds, because all the gtk.org binaries for 
windows are built with mingw and are not compatible with VC9

This includes the PECL cairo extension as well, note that php-gtk now 
has a dependency on this (just make sure you load it in your php-cli.ini 
file)

Looks like we need a php-gtk release here shortly, so if users could 
test these I'd appreciate it.

You should be able to use newer versions of PHP in the same series (php 
5.3.1 with the 5.3. zip, php 5.2.12 with the 5.2 zip) just copy the 
newer binaries over the old.
