PHP hangs when php-gtk2 is loaded

Hi Everybody !

A few months ago I described on ubuntu forums a problem I was having with
PHP-GTK2

It hangs with FUXTEX_WAIT when php-gtk2 is loaded.

If I make a test as easy as :

php --version

php-cli does display version informations but hangs. I have to kill it with
CTRL-C.

Does anyone have more information on that ?

I have now a new ubuntu 10.04 environnement and I installed a new PGP-GTK2
following this tuto :
http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1471531

My version of php is : PHP 5.3.2-1ubuntu4.2 with Suhosin-Patch (cli) (built:
May 13 2010 20:01:00)

I still have exactly the same problem as described above.

php hangs and I can see in the system monitor : futex_wait_queue_me

Could someone give me some light on what I could do ?
