It's currently running the following version of PHP:

PHP 5.4.39-0+deb7u2 (cli) (built: Mar 25 2015 08:33:29)

The same machine also runs viewvc for the old SVN repo, so it regularly gets=
 its resources consumed by Python.

Why do you think the website will need a database? I think we should avoid a=
 database requirement, if possible. If not possible, you'll likely need to u=
se something like SQLite. It will be difficult to make an argument for acces=
s to MySQL.
