Manual distributions page

Hi Andrei,

The doc distributions page checks for the existence of a file before it 
lists it.

Unfortunately, although all the translated distro formats are (correctly) in 
the manual1 dir
http://gtk.php.net/distributions/manual1/

there are also a heap of them in the manual dir
http://gtk.php.net/distributions/manual/

- where we don't want them to be right now.

Could you please clean out the distributions/manual directory on 
php-gtk-web?
