Tutorial Announcements in the News?

Hi,

I've been writing a PHP-Gtk2 blog for a while now (you already have a 
link to it on the WebSites page), but I'd like to find out if it's 
possible to have new tutorials announced on the News page.

Please let me know if this is possible and, if so, how to go about 
packaging the information to make it as easy as possible for you.
