Right....

It's not publicly accessible, and even if it was it's just a bzip'd file 
taken from the full manual's usernotes mysql db on master. Livedocs uses 
sqlite when it recreates that file, which is probably where the confusion 
arises.

$argv[1] . '/livedoc-notes.sqlite';

where $argv[1] == ${OUTPUTDIR}

So can we roll our own now?
