You didn't have the option to keep it there? That's a bummer.

You're assuming I have a clean environment :)  1. I don't, I was testing 
with the xhtml stuff so kept everything back from recent changes (because 
xhtml 'just works') and 2. I don't anyway because I've never been able to 
make include paths work properly with my setup (probably because I keep all 
the PHP versions some distance from Apache, & I use cgi here cos it's 
easiest if you're flicking between PHP versions).

If neither of us has time right now, I suggest we leave off making any 
further changes it until one of us has time to do the job properly. Pity 
though.
