Manual Notes System

Hi there,

    Just curious as to why the notes system is still at a disabled
state... To my understanding, Steph takes care of that.

    I know the team is close to a release (I watch php-gtk-dev as well
as this one). If there is some work to be done on the system I am
certainly willing to help.

    I don't have any real experience in collaborative efforts, but you
have to start somewhere!
