Hiya,

That section of the website has been down for quite some time, you
will notice when you try to add a application that the form has been
disabled untill it is protected from spam.

i submitted a patch over the weekend (to the dev list by mistake) that
adds a capatcha form using google reCapatcha so hopefully if that gets
approved and added to the live site you will beable to add your
application via the web form.

Would be nice to get a list of php-gtk apps going :)
