Hi, Rebecca.

While I don't have any authority on the decision, I would offer a guess 
that this proposal is not something we're interested in. As a FOSS 
project, money isn't an issue (hosting, etc., is provided by the PHP 
guys), and I much less think we'd sully our web-site with advertisements.
