So when I get KARMA for this=2C the next question is HOW do we implement th=
is?
I'll be straight up about it: We can't just one day have what's on there no=
w and overnight just have the whole thing changed up. That's common sense=
=2C but only for stalling so we can roll it out. The question is is what is=
 the best way to roll this out? The colors for the theme and logo were adde=
d overnight at the beginning of this month=2C BTW.
We need to get anyone at all who knows DocBook to implement it=2C and is it=
 okay to keep the idea of the whole "most recently changed documentation" s=
idebar=2C but only on the Documentation pages? The php-web as of now has th=
is really cool thing that I don't have a name for other than "two snippets =
of code and you have a sidebar." I want to make sure the community agrees w=
ith this=2C as well as the docs team. Let me explain.
I realize that php.net has more than three pages on its navbar. I wanted to=
 keep things simple: Downloads=2C Documentation=2C Resources. I'm hard-codi=
ng this stuff in because to me=2C it doesn't look there's any other dynamic=
ally strategic way of adding content. I do not have a sidebar on the Downlo=
ads page. I have a sidebar on the Resources page=2C and I've explained what=
 I hope will happen with the Documentation pages.=20
The Resources sidebar is actually a question of using screen estate for som=
ething of use as a "just in case=2C" not necessarily meaning people will us=
e it but if the time comes it may come in handy: I want to list the main co=
ntributors' emails to the sidebar. I feel obligated to ask some of these in=
dividuals for permission to do so:
-Elizabeth-Bruno-Alexandre-Ben-Mr. L. Pegg (who has this incredibly dauntin=
g task of DocBook/XSL=2C though like designing websites is just so easy for=
 me=2C it may be just that easy for him. I got bored designing websites=2C =
so I've started to diverge into C/C++ and other endeavors)
But I cannot do this without you guys. Thank you for your time.

Just got back from the Adventure of the Seas=2C not going any further than =
that. But yeah=2C I could submit it there. How do you get karma for web-gtk=
? I have a working prototype of the php.net site on my laptop=2C and I trie=
d getting it to run on an actual website=2C but it fails to work and gives =
errors on an actual server. But it does work perfectly if you run it locall=
y at localhost:8080. I'm a bit baffled by that=2C but if it gets working on=
 a server=2C it will hopefully look the way I intended it to.
You get karma for gtk-web just like you get karma for any PHP project. Plea=

It will significantly help if you have already submitted several pull reque=
sts that have been accepted=2C so I recommend you do that first.
Also=2C do the changes to the gtk-web repo appear live on gtk.php.net? If n=
ot=2C where is this website actually reflected from?
Once changes are accepted to the repository=2C they will go live soon after=
. There are automated processes running that handle this=2C which is why PH=
P infrastructure folks are picky about who gets access to push to web repos=
itories.
