If anyone got hit by mail purporting to be from me & entitled "lazywap" - it's a win32 virus.

Try http://ca.com/virusinfo/encyclopedia/ , go to "Recent" and click on "Win32.SirCam.137216",  there's a downloadable remedy there which takes about 3 seconds to run.
