PS: does anyone know when php 4.0.7 is coming out.. I noticed that on

I think yr code doesn't like the window you have because it's created in a function other than main() - correct me if I'm wrong anyone please - I'd kind of expected it to be created in main() and the vboxes to be in the functions, but dialog's probably a better solution anyway given that that's what it's intended for. It consists of a window containing a GtkVBox (aka $dialog->vbox;) and a GtkHBox (aka $dialog->action_area;) so you can put anything you like into it, or remove or hide one or the other.
