Can't get V0.1 to run on Win98

Hi!
I get this message after I installed PHP GTK V0.1 on Win98 SE:

The same script works fine with V0.0.4.
e:\php\extensions/php_gtk.dll is the local of the file.

Any idea what the problem is?

Incidentally (maybe its related), when I try to run php_win.exe nothing 
happens.
If I double click on the file, I get a pop-up telling me how to use it, if 
I make a short cut to the file with the path to the script after it, 
nothing at all happens.
