Errors with 'make'

When I run make after the buildconf script I am getting errors:

Like this:

/usr/local/php-gtk/main/php_gtk_module.h:31:20 config.h: No such file or
directory

Error 1


What can I do to fix this problem.

I am running a RedHat 7.1 server with php 4.0.4.
