The official site is at http://gtk.php.net/.  It is online now:)  As of the 
last time I was there, phpgtk.com was only carrying Win32 source and an 
installer which created an association .phpg files and php.exe.  You can 
grab the latest Win32 binaries of gtk.php.net.  Another good source of 
reference is gtk.php-coder.net.
