Hi James,

make phpweb creates all the php files fine 

BUT there is 

<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.0
Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-html40/loose.dtd">

before the <?php tag

This makes PHP complain about can't add more header information blah blah,

Would have rectified it myself  but I dont have write access to cvs and it
is a minor thing anyways ;-)
