WinXP, PHP 4.3.9, & IIS 5.1

I have installed PHP 4.3.9 on a Windows XP SP2 PC with IIS installed.

IIS Home Directory is e:\inetpub\wwwroot
PHP is installed in D:\Program Files\PHP

I have a phpinfo.php file in the root web directory.

When I try to run the phpinfo.php file I get the messages :-

Warning: main(./libraries/grab_globals.lib.php): failed to open stream: No
such file or directory in e:\inetpub\wwwroot\phpinfo.php on line 9

Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required
'./libraries/grab_globals.lib.php' (include_path='.;D:\Program
Files\PHP\includes') in e:\inetpub\wwwroot\phpinfo.php on line 9
