win32 php 4.3.9 with pspell

Hello, I have just upgraded to 4.3.9 from the win32 binary zip package and want to add pspell. It seems like pspell is not runtime, it must be included when compiling? In that case is there a php.exe 4.3.9 compiled with pspell somewhere?? Or must I look into compiling php myself? Thanks for your help --
