MSSQL build-in for PHP

Hi:

I have downloaded php 4.3.9 zip package and installer from php's web site.  I used this with snort, acid, and MS SQL server 2000.

It seems that the download version of PHP doesn't support MS SQL Server.   I need a compiler version of PHP with MS SQL Server supported.  Could anyone tell me where to download the file?  Thank you.
