Worms are being sent out with emails!

Hello,

Jerome Pfeifer here, I recently joined the list to learn, and get information,
but someone is sending out these worms somehow for some reason.

So I am asking to be removed from the all of the lists until you can find
out who is responsible for doing this. As this slows down the learning
curve, for me also maybe others.
