PHP 5.2.5 on Centos install issue

I am getting an error when i try to make on PHP-5.2.5. The error I am 
getting is

/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lltdl
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
make: *** [libphp5.la] Error 1

I used this command to configure:

../configure --with-apxs2=/usr/sbin/apxs --with-gettext --with-dom --with-mcrypt=/ext/mcrypt 
 --with-iconv --enable-mbstring=all --enable-mbregex --with-gd --with-png-dir=/usr 
 --with-jpeg-dir=/usr --with-mime-magic=/usr/share/magic.mime --with-mysql --with-ldap 
 --with-imap=/usr/local/imap-2007a/
