./configure instructions for OS X Leopard

Hi

I need PHP to be configured for all the standard Mac OS X Leopard options plus mssql functionality but the install documentation leaves a lot to be desired, as it just says to download Marc Liyanage's premade package.

How would I go about configuring for standard options plus mssql?
