Thanks for the response.
I updated my php5.ini and no longer get the error:

Failed loading /usr/local/zo/4_3/ZendOptimizer.so:
/usr/local/zo/4_3/ZendOptimizer.so:
undefined symbol: empty_string

But I still am getting the error:

/web/cgi-bin/php5: Symbol `client_errors' has different size in shared
object, consider re-linking

Any other ideas?
