there is no php-cgi

when i compile php-5.2.12(has --enable-fastcgi option) or php-5.3.1(no
--enable-fastcgi option),
everything go well until i found that that is no php-cgi binary in
$PREFIX/bin .
so help me out, i need the php-cgi.
